Binding: Quarter parchment over pasteboard, bound uniformly with the rest of the volumes of Hearne's diaries.

Size of fragment: 164 × 90 mm.

Provenance: Thomas Hearne (1678-1735). Bequeathed to William Bedford (†1747). Listed in John Whiston's list, MS. Rawl. D. 1167, fol. 46: ‘A collection of remarks, letters, extracts in Mr Hearnes handwriting 146 vols'. Bequeathed by Richard Rawlinson (1690-1755) in 1755; see Macray 245.
