Headlines cropped. Wanting the blank leaf a1 and leaves a4.5, b6, c2.5, c3.4, d1, d2, e2.5, e3.4, f4, f6, g1, g3.4, i2.7, i4.5, k4.5. Leaf a8 is bound in place of b6.

Early marginal notes by various hands, mostly cropped. On k8v are scribbles, among which several appearances of the name Jeremy Gibson.

Initial D is supplied in ink, with some pen flourishing.
