Per hoc presens publicum instrumentum cunctis pateat euidenter et sit notum . . . Sacrosancta Romana ecclesia desideria et vota fidelium precipue Regum catholicorum et principum tanta nouit benignitate suscipere . . .’ Text dated 13 Sept. 1491.
