a3r Appianus: ‘De ciuilibus Romanorum bellis.’ Translated by Petrus Candidus Decembrius. Incipit: ‘[S]enatus populusque Romanus mutuis saepenumero contentionibus de legum latione uel si quando debitorum abrogationes agrorumue partitiones fierent uel in comiciis una adessent dissidebant . . .’
