Item 1 probably in the Bodleian by 1620: a copy appears in James, Catalogus (1620), 284 (undated) with shelfmark O 11.12 Art; definitely in the Bodleian by 1674: see Hyde, Catalogus (1674), I 386, with shelfmark O 1.12 Art, dated 1497.
