Most of L4 has been cut away, but the colophon is preserved.
Binding: Contemporary German blind-tooled half pigskin over wooden boards, with one metal clasp, the other lost. On both covers is a frame of double fillets, within which, on the upper cover, is a crocketed cresting, on the lower, a fleuron, repeated three times. The stamps and roll are badly worn. Parchment index tabs. Faded labels on spine.
