A parchment index tab dyed green on a2 of item 1.

‘ad Eccles' in upper margin of [a2r]; the hand may be that of ‘Ieorgius Franck' (sixteenth century?) who has added a similar note to the first printed leaf of item 4 and signed the last leaf. Nineteenth-century(?) pencil note in lower margin: ‘Too imperfect to think of cataloguing it.’
