Binding: Nineteenth-century German(?) pasteboards covered with leaves from a liturgical manuscript, perhaps a sacramentary, on parchment dyed dark blue. On upper board, incipit: ‘[M]entibus nostris quaesumus, Domine . . .' and incipit: ‘[I]llo nos igne quaesumus, Domine . . .' are prayers for fourth Sunday in Pentecost, Missale Romanum (Rome, 1909), 338-9; the remaining texts and those on the lower board have not been identified.

Size of leaf: 306 × 203 mm.
A three-line initial ‘U' on [a1r] is supplied in red. Capital strokes and underlining of title in red.
