Remarks: BMC assigns to Georgius Teutonicus and Riessinger, tentatively identifying Teutonicus as Lauer. Pr, GW, and CIBN identify Teutonicus as Georgius Herolt. A copy at Cambridge UL has a manuscript date 1483; see Oates.
