Leaf a1 (woodcut: th`e Almighty seated in glory) bound before s1; leaf a8 (woodcut: the creation of angels and the fall of demons) bound before a2.
Binding: Seventeenth-century parchment with staple-marks of a hasp at the head of the upper cover.
Size: 282 × 210 × 80 mm.
Size of leaf: 272 × 197 mm.
Woodcuts coloured. Principal initials are supplied in blue with reserved white decoration and pen-flourishing in red and pale green, extending into the left margin. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; red capital strokes.
