Repetiturus hanc l[egem] more solito hunc ordinem obseruabo . . .’ Concludes with a remark querying the authorship of Bartolus on v8r: ‘Hanc repetitionem pro constanti non assero esse Bar[toli] quia in paucis lecturis eius reperitur, sed quia satis utilis est eam hic apposui.’
