Incipit: ‘Quoniam passibilis et mutabilis extat humani corporis conditio . . .’ [s3v] Explicit: ‘... vel domum construxit si nuptias fecerit, et sic de similibus male sibi succedet.’ See Thorndike–Kibre 1292. Thorndike–Kibre ascribes to Thaddeus de Florentia, Osler and GW to Johannes Hispalensis. Nancy G. Siraisi, Taddeo Alderotti and his Pupils: Two Generations of Italian Medical Learning (Princeton, 1982), 426 notes that the De regimine sanitatis is ‘a Latin version of the Italian regimen attributed to Taddeo'.
