‘Nota' marks and occasional marginal annotations.

On a2r a twelve-line initial ‘F', and on a4v a seventeen-line initial ‘I', are both supplied in blue, with red pen-work infill and extensions into the margins; other initials are supplied alternately in red or blue.

Provenance: Stroncone, Umbria, Franciscans; oval stamp on a2r. Dimitrij Petrovich, Count Boutourlin (1763-1829); shelfmark no. 250, see Catalogue (1831); sale: Catalogue (1841), lot 1. Purchased for £1. 10. 0; see Books Purchased (1842), 7.
