On g10v of item 2 a metric prayer in a fifteenth-century hand: ‘Escas cum potu benedic, Deus, ore tuo tu | Laus ex hoc esu sit tibi, Christe Jhesu'.
Headings, initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; red capital strokes and underlining.
Provenance: Jacob van der Straten (fl. 1489); on former front pastedown, inscription: ‘D[omi]nj Jacop van der straten a[nno] lxxxix.' On the first old endleaf an inscription: ‘H. de platea [corrected from atrio] possessor est istius libri.' Walincourt, Hainault, near Cambrai, Williamites, Congregation of Augustinian Hermits; on first old endleaf, an inscription: ‘[Ist]e liber pertinet monasterio vallis beate Marie [pro]pe Walincourt.
