Binding: Bound separately in the present modern guard-book in 1971: see unsigned note [by D. M. Rogers].

Size of fragment: 295 × 197 mm.

Size of leaf: 198 × 147 mm.

Early annotations, in English hands, and scribbles.

Provenance: John Upston (fl. 1481-1512); partially cancelled inscription on recto of conjugate leaves: ‘Ad Joannem [Upston] clericum millatensem | attinet iste liber emptus anno domini 15 millesimo'. John Page (fl. 1491-1510); name on verso of conjugate leaves. Miles Clifton (sixteenth century); inscription on recto of conjugate leaves: ‘Mr. Myles Clyfton et am[ic]orum'. Date of acquisition unknown.
