Provenance: Charles William Dyson Perrins (1864-1958); armorial book-plate; sale (London, Sotheby's, 17 June 1946), lot 62. Sheppard notes that ‘This copy, formerly owned by C. W. Dyson Perrins, was presented by the Friends of the Bodleian in 1947'.
