Provenance: Giovanni Cavaliere (sixteenth century); on p4v an inscription: ‘Giouani Caualiere' in a sixteenth-century hand. Elias Ashmole (1617-1692). Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, 1692. Transferred to the Bodleian Library in 1860.
