Size of leaf: 185 × 132 mm.

Some cropped early marginal notes, and writing exercises. On front and back pastedowns are unidentified texts in a seventeenth/eighteenth-century hand, concerning the Trinity.

Occasional woodcut initials are partly coloured in red and silver(?).

Provenance: Erased inscription on title-page. Purchased from J. Halle, Catalogue 34 no. 155, 28 Oct. 1904, for 300 Marks; see Annual Report of the Curators of the Bodleian Library, Oxford University Gazette, 23 May 1905, 595; also Library Bills.
