Early marginal notes indicating the structure of the text, and pointing hands, many in red ink.

On [a1r] a three-line initial ‘Q' is supplied in black ink, within a red border and with red pen-work infill. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in faded black ink or in red. Manuscript foliation: 89-110.
