1. Michael de Carcano, Sermonarium de decem praeceptis per quadragesimam. Venice: Johannes and Gregorius de Gregoriis, de Forlivio [for Alexander Calcedonius, between 18 Jan. and 1 Mar.] 1492/3 (C‑089).
Binding: Sixteenth-century blind-tooled pigskin over wooden boards, with two metal clasps. On both covers fillets form a frame. Inside this is a foliate roll, with intersecting arches. Double fillets form the inner rectangle, which is further divided into two small and one large, central compartments. The small compartments are each decorated with a repeated fleuron, the central compartment with a large floral ornament and a fleuron at each corner. Manuscript shelfmark label on spine, probably ‘M 7', now obscured by Bodleian label.

Hanns Schmidt (sixteenth century)(?); signature on F8v; see Munich, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Clm 28625a which was also owned by Hans Schmid and Johannes Weschbach. Buxheim, Bavaria, Carthusians, BVM; on a1r of item 1, a stamp, and on a2r the inscription: ‘Cartusæ Buxheim'. Graf von Ostein, 1803.
