Binding: Eighteenth/nineteenth-century half calf over mottled brown paper boards.

Size: 225 × 167 × 24 mm.

Size of leaf: 218 × 157 mm.

On a2r a four-line initial ‘N' is supplied in gold on a blue ground, edged with gold, with foliate extensions into the margins in red and blue, edged in white or black, and with gold dots. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue.

Provenance: Fiecht, Tyrol, Benedictines, S. Josephus (formerly St Georgenberg), 1654, 1659; partly erased inscriptions on a2r, a3r, and [o1v]: ‘Monasterii [S. Georgii]'; ‘Bibliothecam monasterii [ ]'. Purchased for £0. 10. 6; see Books Purchased (1851), 14.
