Alexandro, divina providentia papa vi., in publicatione confederationis inite inter ipsum ac Romanorum et Hispanie Reges, Venetorumque ac Mediolanensium duces, per ... Leonellum de Chieregatis decretorum doctorem, episcopum Concordiensem, ac Sanctitatis sue referendarium domesticum.’ Incipit: ‘[D]ata est mihi omnis potestas in celo et in terra transiturus ex hoc mundo ...’ [a4r] Explicit: ‘... et ex invisibilibus in futuro cunctis Christi fidelibus prestare dignetur qui est benedictus in secula seculorum, amen. | Finis.’
