Binding: Dutch gold-tooled red morocco, c.1700; on each cover, a gold foliate roll forming a border, and an inner rectangle formed by a roll of small rectangles and lozenges; on the spine is a repeated double drawer handle stamp, with a small flame stamp above and below; marbled pastedowns; gilt-edged leaves; the gold stamp of the Bodleian Library on both covers.

Size: 298 × 217 × 34 mm.

Size of leaf: 292 × 199 mm.

Provenance and date of acquisition unknown, but before c.1820, judging from its position in ‘Catalogus Bibliothecae Novae'.
