Tus[culanarum Qu]æstionum Petro Kethario ego Benedictus Ferrarien[sis] dono dedi ob amicitiam nostram mutuam quam firmam libro reddi volo; stabilita enim apud me illa fuit et illam eandem apud dominum Petrum esse cupio; te vero o Petre mi rogo ut memor ubique sis mei; te enim inter tuos meliorem solum percepi; igitur ut hunc librum in oras pannonias tecum vna aufer te oro, rogo, peto, obsecro obtestor denique; vale'; ‘Tuus Benedictus Ferrariensis qui tibi se totum tradit ac in mancipatum se dat.
