Imprint: [The Netherlands (Utrecht?): Printer of Alexander Magnus (GW 875) (Gerardus de Leempt?), between 1475 and 1479]. Folio.

Remarks: HPT I 50 suggests that the printer was Leempt, perhaps at Utrecht, Nijmegen, or even Cologne. Dating from HPT.
