On [a1r] a six-line initial Q is supplied in blue with a foliate decoration within the area defined by the letter in grey and reserved white; pen-flourishing in grey. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied alternately in red or blue; red capital strokes and underlining.

The omitted last line of gathering e supplied in manuscript. Early signatures in red throughout.
