Provenance: Petrus de Tarvisio, who gave the book to Gerardus; on [a1r] an inscription: ‘Hic liber est mihi qui frater gherardus uocor. hunc magister petrus de taruisio qui erat rector in illo tempore mihi donauit Qui erat reuerendi patris augustini p' anno autem 1572 e uita decessit dum era[t] mei socius'. Bologna, Augustinian Hermits, S. Jacobus Major; on [a2r] circular stamp lettered ‘Bibliot. S. Jacobi Maioris Bonon.', and a stamp of a standing bishop with a halo (Augustinus?). Count Giacomo Manzoni (1816-1889); book-plate lettered ‘Ex libris Jacobi Manzoni'. Hayward's Heath, Priory of Our Lady of Good Counsel; book-plate with shelfmark ‘F 1e 5' and inscription with date 1892. Purchased in 1962.
