Binding: Eighteenth-century red morocco; marbled pastedowns; the spine gold-tooled; gold-tooled dentelle border, consisting of two rolls on both covers, and a roll on turn-ins. Perhaps bound for Lord Harley.

Size: 275 × 203 × 32 mm.

Size of leaf: 266 × 187 mm.

Provenance: Milan, Dominicans, S. Maria Gratiarum; on q5v, faded inscription: ‘Est conuentus S. Marie gratiarum M[edio]l[an]i, in suburbio porte V[er]cellin[e]'. Perhaps Edward, Lord Harley, later 2nd Earl of Oxford (1689-1741); evidence of binding; not found in London, BL, MS. Harley 3886; not found in Catalogus Bibliothecae Harleianae; upper corner of the front endleaf not cut off, as in other Harleian books.
