Cropped early marginal notes, extracting key words; the same hand occurs in items 1 and 2 indicating that the two were together from early on.

Provenance: Erased name on title-page of item 1, unread under ultraviolet light. Both items acquired by 1738; see Fysher, Catalogus (1738), II 49.
