Size of leaf: 193 × 118 mm.

A parchment leaf from a fifteenth-century(?) manuscript breviary used as the front pastedown; a parchment leaf from a fifteenth-century Latin document referring to events in Windesheim in 1429 and to the Canons Regular at Dalheim used as the rear pastedown.

Early marginal notes, mainly providing nota marks and extracting key words. Manuscript foliation from 72 to 141, indicating that one further item was previously contained in the volume.
