Provenance: Johannes de Septem Montibus (fifteenth/sixteenth century). Bethlehem (Herent), near Louvain, Priory, BVM, Augustinian Canons; on [*1r] a fifteenth-century inscription: ‘Istum habemus librum in bethleem prope Louanium ex parte confratris nostri Johannis de septem montibus vnde oretur pro eo' in an early hand; on a1r an inscription: ‘Bethleem'.
