Bought Dec. 1912 for £4. 4. 0, by Ingram Bywater (1840-1914) from Percy Mordaunt Barnard; no. 95 from one of his catalogues; inside the upper cover, describing former binding: ‘Original doeskin binding (worn) bound lined with fragments of early printing'; Elenchus, no. 1185a. Bequeathed in 1914.
