Provenance: Paulus Brachus; on a1r an inscription: ‘Ad usum fratris Pauli brachi de ande[ ]'. Andrea de Bevilacqua; on a1r an inscription: ‘questo libro sie di mi Andrea di Biuilaqua sagrestan di s. vitalis di [ ]ara di maran’  ’ and: ‘Hic liber est mei qui uocor Andreas sacrista(?) Sancti Vitalis', preceded by the same inscription transliterated into Greek. Aloisio de Bevilacqua, Augustinian Hermit of Gemona, Friuli; on y8v an inscription: ‘Ad usum fratris Aloysij aquam bibens di Glemona [Gemona, Friuli] ordinis eremitarum sancti Augustini Venet.' S. M.; stamp at foot of spine. Francis Douce (1757-1834); armorial book-plate. Bequeathed in 1834.
