Provenance: Duplicate from the Royal Library, Munich; ‘Dupl' in pencil on a1r. R. Chardey; book-plate. Ingram Bywater (1840-1914); apparently purchased from Cehec(?) sale, Apr. 1911, lot 2081 for 60 Francs; Elenchus, no. 1297b. Bequeathed in 1914.
