Provenance: Ludovicus Proist (fl. 1589); on [a1r]: ‘Hic presens dono datus est Ludovico Proist presbitero, anno 1589 Traiecti m'. ‘Vincentius Teneramundanus' (Termonde, East Flanders), written on [a1r] in a sixteenth/seventeenth-century hand.
