Bound with a group of fragments extracted from the binding of a copy of Passiones, Benedictiones, Lamentationes et reliqua (Palencia, 1536), purchased by Sir John Stainer in Seville early in 1897.

Size of leaf: 224 × 144 mm.

Fragments, consisting of leaves (some incomplete) 17-24, 28, 31, 35, 40, 51-6 (55 and 56 blank); leaves 51-6 are in duplicate.

All leaves except 17-24 show differences in the setting from the facsimile edition (Madrid, 1882).
