Anno 1484 sub regie fratris Johannis Vasnacht'. Memmingen, Bavaria, Augustinian Hermits, SS Johannes et Augustinus; inscription on [a1r]: ‘Ad usum fratrum Eremitarum ordinis Diui Augustini in Memingen'.
