Binding: Nineteenth-century half calf over marbled pasteboards; bound for Kloß.

Size of leaf: 205 × 137 mm.

On A2r and2 A1r, five- and four-line initials are supplied in blue with reserved white decoration and red pen-work decoration extending into the margin. Other initials are supplied in red or, sometimes, blue.

Provenance: Johannes Jurghes (fl. c.1500); inscription on A1v: ‘Ioannes Iurghes | O munde immunde quam multos decepistis(!) et multos seduxisti | Nemo optimus ad omnia'. [Johannes?] Grolle (sixteenth century?); his name has been added to the above inscription. Johannes Dam (sixteenth century); inscription on A2r: ‘Ex liberali donatione Reuerendi Domini Pastoris Ioannis Dam fel[icis] record[ationis] nunc Bibliothec . . . [erased] o. p. c.'; this may be the same Johannes Dam who is listed as an owner of Livres anciens des Pays-Bas: La collection Lessing J. Rosenwald provenant de la Bibliothèque d'Arenberg, Exposition . . . ([Brussels:] Bibliothèque royale de Belgique, [1960], no. 26).
