Early marginal notes in several hands extracting key words; a few extensive marginal comments in a sixteenth-century(?) hand; interlinear synonyms; pointing hands, underlining in the text and commentary, in both red and black ink. Copious notes on A1r-v, the upper portions on both recto and verso destroyed by water damage, apparently listing readings. On [con6v] two proverbs in a sixteenth-century hand (perhaps that of Terencius): ‘Inimici tui venient suauiter et domui tue subiicientur' and ‘Reginam interficere bonum est nolite timere et si omnes consenserint ego non contradico.’

Partial rubrication: some three- and four-line initials are supplied in red, blue, or interlocked red and blue; others are supplied in black ink.

Provenance: Jacobus Laminit (fl. 1512-1515), 1514; inscriptions on A1r: ‘M. Jacobus Laminit Augustanus 1514'; and on [con6v]: ‘Jacobus Laminit Augustensis ac eorum stipendiarius alme vniuersitatis Liptzensis cyclicarum artium baccalaureus promotus nec non eiusdem summe dignitate magistratus [here]ditarius huius libri possessor etc.' Terencius (fl. 1524). Johannes Germanus (fl. 1524); inscription on [con6v]: ‘Johannes Germanus est possessor [e]mptus a me Terencius 24 s[olidorum?]'; also a further heavily abbreviated note in a scroll.
