Size of leaf: 311 × 211 mm.
Early marginal notes in both red and black ink, including the extraction of key words, also pointing hands, ‘nota' marks, and underlining in the text. Many of the notes in both items appear to be in the sixteenth-century humanist hand of the unidentified Italian purchaser of 1500 (see above), along with a diagram by the latter on M6r.
