‘Nota' marks in an early hand; inscription, commenting on the text, on [k5r] in an early German hand: ‘Si quis leger amat, legat his Chrisostomi quid dicat de dignitate sacerdocij . . .' Early manuscript foliation in the upper margin of the rectos: ‘141-225'.

On [a1r] a three-line initial is supplied in green on a red pen-flourished ground, with red and blue pen-work decoration extending into the margin. On [b2r] a four-line initial is supplied in red with blue pen-work decoration. Other initials, paragraph marks, and capital strokes are supplied in red.
