Cantor Oppathauiensis et canonicus Cracouiensis. Per sanctissimum in Christum patrem et dominum nostrum Innocentium diuina prouidtenia(!) papam octauum . . . Merito contributionis pro tampio(!) et sancto opere expeditionis . . .’

Remarks: A copy of this indulgence in Uppsala UB was taken from the original binding of Bromyard, Summa praedicantium (1485). The state of the type points to its being slightly later than that year (BMC); often found printed on one sheet together with E 801, according to GW.
