Rubrica hec simul cum constitutione est quedam epistola . . .’ The Summaria precede the glossa of Accursius, and contain excerpts from the lecturae of Bartolus de Saxoferrato, Paulus de Castro, Baldus de Ubaldis, and Alexander de Tartagnis; see GW VII, col. 118.
