Binding: Contemporary blind-tooled leather over wooden boards, rebacked. Too worn for identification.

Running book numbers and chapter headings on the recto and verso of each leaf up to H1r, in an early hand. Manuscript foliation in the upper right-hand corner of the rectos: 1-412.

On a2r a nine-line initial ‘H' is supplied in brown ink.
