Size of leaf: 425 × 274 mm.

Early manuscript foliation on the upper right-hand corner of the rectos: ‘1-ccc46'. Folio numbers added to the list of contents, in the same hand.

Eight- to eleven-line initials are supplied in interlocked red and blue at the beginning of each book. Other initials, paragraph marks, and running book numbers are supplied in red or blue.
