Binding: Eighteenth-century Italian quarter red morocco, with red paper boards and marbled pastedowns; bound for Boutourlin.

Size of leaf: 300 × 209 mm.

Early marginal notes, including comments on the text (mainly in one humanist hand), corrections to both the text and commentary, with poorly inked letters written over by hand, extraction of key words, ‘nota' marks, and pointing hands. Pencil foliation: 1-92.

Two- and four-line initials are supplied in black ink.
