The press was previously assigned to [The Netherlands] (GW) and to [Cologne] (Victor Scholderer, Fifty Essays in Fifteenth- and Sixteenth-Century Bibliography (Amsterdam, 1966), 279-80). Sheppard notes that the attribution to [The Netherlands] in BMC III p. xxxiii should now be cancelled.

On [a1r] a seven-line initial ‘L' is supplied in interlocked red and blue. Other initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red or blue. Underlining of chapter headings and capital strokes in red.
