Binding: Eighteenth/nineteenth-century black morocco; the gold stamp of the Bodleian library on both covers. Marbled pastedowns.

Bibliographical note in French pasted on the front endleaf. A few marginal notes, mainly extracting key words, and pointing hands in an early hand. Early manuscript signatures and catch-words partly visible.
