Binding: Eighteenth-century gold-tooled calf, with gilt-edged leaves and marbled pastedowns.

On A1v a five-line initial ‘A' is supplied in red, with reserved white decoration; other two- and three-line initials and paragraph marks are supplied in red; capital strokes and underlining in red.

Provenance: Francis Douce (1757-1834); armorial book-plate. Bequeathed in 1834.
