Provenance: Thomas Corsaerius(?) (sixteenth century); inscription on A1r: ‘Liber Thomæ Corsæri(?) presbiteri oxonij 4 nummis emptus 26 die marcij Anno domini 1541'. Elias Ashmole (1617-1692). Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, 1692. Transferred to the Bodleian Library in 1860.
